Rabies clinics scheduled

Pet owners in Potter County can obtain reduced-cost rabies shots for their animals this summer.

Penn State Cooperative Extension is teaming with a local veterinarian, Dr. Ronnie Schenkein, to provide the shots on Saturdays (1 pm to 4 pm) in several locations across the county.

Dogs or cats must be 12 weeks or older to be vaccinated.

Remainder of the schedule is July 19, Roulette Firehall; July 26, Austin Firehall; Aug. 23, John Collins Memorial Park in Galeton; Sept. 6, Ulysses Firehall.
