Elk Regional Health Center CEO Greg Bauer (right) summarized the area's health care situation as guest speaker at the recent Emporium Rotary meeting. Bauer advised consumers to become well informed before making health care decisions in a complex environment. He reported that ERHC has recently added a general surgeon, urologist and OB/GYN specialist to its staff. Bauer also said he was proud of his hospital staff's commitment to patient care.
