      Two Potter County men are helping to quell blazing wildfi res in California. Coudersport resident Joe Kellert, an Elk State Forest District assistant district forester, was dispatched last Friday to the Basin Complex, an area where fire has scorched 99,021 acres. IRS STILL AFTER RIGASES
