Pet Show revised for Cameron fair

A revamped Pet Show is coming to the Cameron County Fair on Wednesday, Aug. 6.

It's sponsored by the Cameron County SPCA and starts at 5:30 pm at the stage at the fairgrounds. Registration takes place at 5 pm.

Categories include unusual trick, smallest, largest, ugliest, cutest and best groomed. First, second and third place winners will receive a cash prize.

Pet handlers must be at least 14 years old. Younger children must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs should be on a leash and cats be caged or on a leash until on stage.
