Country music festival set for Aug. 8-10

Kettle Creek Ambulance Association will hold its eighth annual Kettle Creek Music Festival over the Aug. 8-10 weekend at Quiet Oaks Campground in Cross Fork.

Friday's performers are the Moore Brothers (Friday, 5-7 pm) and Burnin' Hills Band (Friday, 8-11).

Saturday's show includes the Shuey Brothers (11:30-2:30), Penny Sings Patsy Cline (2:30- 3:30), Blackwater (3:30-6:30), Marie Levin Tribute to Reba (6:30-7:50) and Smokin' Joe and the Wildhorse Band (8-11).

On Sunday, Chatterbox will perform from 11-2.

There will also be a classic car display, paintball tournament (Sunday, 10 am), remote control aircraft show and other events.
