Betsy Lyman Good, 85, of East Aurora, N.Y., died Wednesday (June 4, 2008) at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. A memorial service will be held at East Aurora, N.Y., on Saturday, July 19, at 1 pm.

Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels or the SPCA.

Richard R. Pollard

Richard R. Pollard, 79, of VA Medical Center, Pittsburgh, formerly of Emporium, died at Veterans Administration Hospital in Aspinwall on Sunday (July 13, 2008).

Elda Caruso

Elda E. Caruso, 79, of St. Marys, died Thursday (July 10, 2008) at Pinecrest Manor.

Funeral services will be held at the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home, St. Marys, on Saturday, July 26, at noon, with Elder Dan Russo of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses officiating.

Private burial will be in the Portage Township Cemetery in Emporium. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, July 26, from 11 am until the time of service.

James Predmore

James Elwin Predmore, 85, of Coudersport, died on Monday (July 14, 2008) in Charles Cole Memorial Hospital, Coudersport.

A funeral service will be held at 3 pm Saturday, July 19, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Mike Bernard officiating. Burial will be in the Clarence Fillmore Cemetery, 4580 Ransom Road, Clarence, N.Y.

Memorials may be made to the local fire department.

Sandra Grover

Sandra Grover, 71, formerly of Coudersport and Bradford, died Monday, July 14, 2008, in the Baldock Nursing Facility, Irwin. She was the daughter of the late Arlton and Winifred Burtch Grover. Arrangements are under the direction of the Olney Funeral Home in Ulysses.
