TRICK OR TREAT NIGHT SET

Emporium Mayor Bruno Carnovale announces that "Trick or Treat" night will be Saturday, Nov. 1, from 6-8.

Those residents who are welcoming children should leave their porch lights on. Drivers are encouraged to be cautious.
