Tom E. Powell Thomas E. Powell, 54, of Coudersport, died Friday (Feb. 13, 2009) at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport after a battle with cancer. Born May 28, 1954, in Coudersport, he was a son of the late Arnold Eugene and Shirley June Chase Powell.
