      Long-time educator and school administrator Gerald F. Duffee Sr., 77, of Austin, died Monday (March 23, 2009) at Elk Regional Health Center in St. Marys after a long illness. Born on May 22, 1931 in Ridgway, he was the son of Theodore H. and Edna Minor Duffee. On June 6, 1959 in Middletown, he married Sally A. Harvey, who survives.
