Collins Pine Sells $36M In Forest Lands

On June 30, Collins Pine Company sold property in Sharon Township to Erie Timber LLC for $4,690,700; land in Allegany Township to FIA Timber Growth PA Warren LLC, for $12,383,400; and property in Oswayo Township to PH Timber LLC for $19,325,800. All of the buyers are registered in Atlanta, Ga.
