Basketball clinic slated in Austin

A basketball clinic will be held at the Austin Area School on Sunday, July 19, through Thursday, July 23, from 5-8 each night. It's open to boys and girls going into grades 3- 9. Cost is $5.00 per player. In addition to five-on-five and three-on-three games, the camp will feature instruction on fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, and passing, defense, screening, rebounding and boxing out.

Coaches are Dave Murphy of Cleveland and Jesse Valenti of Austin High School, assisted by other coaches and players.
