Police are still trying to piece together the circumstances behind a shooting incident early Tuesday morning that left one man seriously injured and another man behind bars. Robert L. Gerd Oyen Miller, an active member of the Austin community for many years, died July 23, 2009, after a brief illness. She was 95.
