Coudersport High School’s varsity basketball teams entered the 32-team state championship tournament last weekend carrying a combined 47-1 record, as well as two PIAA District 9 titles. The girls were eliminated in the opening round by Leechburg, 55-51. The Falcon boys improved to 25-0 by rolling over United, 80-45. At press time, they were scheduled to meet a formidable Greenburg Central Catholic in the “Sweet 16” round.
