Retailers in many Potter County communities will be eligible to obtain financial support for sprucing up their storefronts under a mini-grant program being administered by an affiliate of the Potter County Redevelopment Authority. Participating businesses will be required to cover a portion of the costs for the façade improvements. A charitable foundation of Northwest Savings Bank recently donated $2,500 to support the project.
