Cameron County Longbeards Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation held its annual Hunting Heritage Banquet the Vets Club. Through a partner­ship with Cameron County Outdoor Youth Activities, some 32 youths attended the gathering. Each was given a free membership to the NWTF Jakes (Youth) Program. The chapter also presented a $250 conservation scholarship to Cali Housler, a forestry student at Penn College. Supporting the banquet were Em­porium Moose, Sinnemahoning Sportsmen’s Club, Christabelle Club, Knights of Columbus and VFW Auxiliary.
