Judy Nobles (at left) of The Lookout helps outfit Anna Margaret Binder of Port Allegany to appear as the Queen Fairy at the Woodland Hobbit and Fairy Festival, while the mannequin at left sets an example of hobbit attire. Volunteers are still needed for the event, to be held June 13 from 10 am to 5 pm at Hemlock Springs Historic Crafts & Cultural Arts Center in Keating Summit. The Lookout has materials available for fairy gowns and headpieces, with Nobles available to help lend an artistic flair to the costumes.
