Keith Baughman connected with this jake early Thursday morning in the Salt Run area. The turkey, which oddly had two, six-inch beards, was within 20 yards when Baughman dropped it with a muzzleloader. The bird weighed 16 pounds. That’s his son Maddox, who got an early lesson in turkey hunting.
